MuduPay is expanding its footprint into Uganda and is seeking a Marketing and Branding Specialist, who is goal oriented and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns, create brand messaging, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of marketing principles within the fintech industry.
Requirements
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing or branding roles, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a focus on digital marketing and customer acquisition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and pushing boundaries.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and CRM systems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
